I spent 3 nights in a King Suite, Non-Smoking and was absolutely thrilled with my experience. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, allowing me to indulge in fresh fruits and warm dishes each morning. Plus, the staff was incredibly accommodating. they quickly organized a room change upon my request, making me feel genuinely cared for.

Room renovation needs serious attention!!! Soundproofing claims are deceptive. street noise is unbearable!!! Air conditioning system outdated and ineffective!!! No drawers in your room means clutter everywhere!!!

A delightful breakfast surprise
The location is unbeatable, right across from Quicentro and just a stroll to Carolina Park. Staff were incredibly warm and the breakfast spread was a highlight, featuring both local and familiar options.
However, the room felt somewhat outdated with limited drawer space, making it difficult to organize belongings. Additionally, noise from the street was disruptive at times during the night.
